Project Management Professional (PMP) should have the Degree Qualification in Business Management Program, Engineering, IT Management or Diploma Qualifications with three years’ experience in Management Functions. 

Certification Process:

The method of certifying the Project Management Professional, there is requirements of understanding the minimum to learn the different topics as; Project Management, Role of the Project Manager in Construction, Construction Resource Management, Cost Management, Quality Management in Construction Industry, Risk Management, Procurement Management, Communication Management, Stakeholder Management There is a requirement of the online examination which needs to complete in 8 hours. You should score 75% to pass the exam of the certification within maximum two opportunities.
