Overview

Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) should have the Degree Qualification in Business Management Program, Training Management, Engineering, General Subjects and three years’ experience in Training Management Functions. 

The method of certifying the Certified Professional in Training Management that the learner understands the different topics as; Training Management, Training Need Analysis, Employees Training, Training Delivery, Training Evaluation, Training Auditing, Training Technological Management, Training Resource Management and Development of Training Programs. There is a requirement of the online examination which needs to complete in 8 hours. You should score 75% to pass the exam of the certification within maximum two opportunities.
