Certified Professional in Food Safety (CPPS) should have any Degree or Diploma Qualification in Food Technology, Hotel Management, Business Management Program, and Health Safety, Safety Management and / or three years’ experience in Health Management or Food Safety Management Functions. 

The method of certifying the Certified Professional in Food Safety that learner understands the minimum these topics as; Safety Management, Food Safety, Food Hygiene, Food Quality, Food Production Processes and Hotel Management. There is a requirement of the online examination which needs to complete in 8 hours. You should score 75% to pass the exam of the certification within maximum two opportunities.
