Certified Human Resource Specialist should have the Degree Qualification in Business Management Program and three years’ experience in Human Resource Management Functions. 

The method of certifying the Human Resource Specialist, there is requirements of understanding the minimum to learn the different topics as; human resource systems, employment processes, employees joining and orientation, employees performance monitoring, learning and development processes, labour law and regulations, human resource risks and welfare program. There is a requirement of the online examination which needs to complete in 8 hours. You should score 75% to pass the exam of the certification within maximum two opportunities.
